01 Full process automation

1. Intelligent warehousing: appearance inspection, scanning code for receiving, automatic recording of key material data, and passing through RGV to transport materials in the receiving area;

2. Intelligent palletizing: Single empty pallets are dismantled by a folding disc machine and sent to the storage port for palletizing. After being scanned and bound by the system, the robot is docked for storage;

3. Intelligent storage: Based on material properties and production order requirements, the stacker crane is paired with a conveyor to intelligently store in the corresponding storage location;

4. Intelligent shipping and loading: Multiple shipping ports, robots pick up goods and load them into a stack, and the remaining empty pallets are collected.
