In response to the challenges of traditional logistics models, Guyue Longshan cooperated with Fortucky to build an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse project, successfully realizing the intelligent upgrade of the logistics link. The project was selected into the list of smart factories in Zhejiang Province in 2024, becoming the only wine smart factory among the 60 provincial smart factories.

1. Inefficient storage management: Traditional storage relies on manual labor, which not only has a small storage capacity and occupies a large area, but also has cumbersome inventory work and stagnant management efficiency.

2.  Collapse of off-season and peak-season operations: Yellow wine consumption is greatly affected by festivals, and demand is unbalanced in off-season and peak-season, and inventory management and storage capacity can "fall off the chain" at any time.

3. Equipment adaptation problem: Yellow wine is heavy and fragile, and has extremely high requirements for the load-bearing, stacking, safety and reliability of logistics equipment. Traditional equipment can't bear it at all!

Build a system matrix including warehouse storage, finished product transportation, automatic depalletizing and picking, WMS/WCS software management, etc. No matter how the off-season and peak season fluctuate, dynamic management and intelligent early warning can be achieved to completely cure the "stress response" of logistics.

Tip 3: Precise scene application, impressive equipment data!

The project covers the fully automatic storage, sorting and delivery of empty bottle stacks, bottle cap stacks and finished wines, equipped with 5 floors and 30 lanes, 8 double-column single-reach stackers and 22 double-column double-reach stackers. Through the partitioned storage of light and heavy materials and the separation of fast and slow moving lines, the space utilization rate is significantly improved. Relying on the system's real-time data collection and AI scheduling optimization, the decision-making accuracy rate is increased by 90%, and ultimately the production efficiency and product quality are both improved.

Innovative ground and underground connection design, deployment of spiral elevators and conveyors, connecting the storage area and the production line, and seamlessly connecting materials.

Unmanned loading "smooth operation"

The corridor connects the packaging workshop and the finished product warehouse, with clear divisions and no overlap. Automatic picking and depalletizing on the second floor, full pallet loading on the first floor, and spiral elevators, truly realize "unmanned warehouse".
