industrial continuous Elevator

Continuous Elevator is an automated equipment for continuous vertical transportation between floors. According to the import and export classification of the Elevator, it can be divided into Z-type continuous Elevator (inlet and outlet on the left and right sides), C-type continuous Elevator (inlet and outlet in the same direction), and E-type continuous Elevator (multiple inlets and outlets). It has stable transportation and high lifting efficiency. When the normal load is about 800-1200 pieces, it can be used for vertical lifting and transportation of cartons, turnover baskets, packaging bags, kraft paper packaging bags and other bag products; the maximum load is about 500KG. Due to its continuous transportation characteristics, the transportation is faster and the efficiency is higher than the reciprocating type. While lifting the items upward, the Elevator can also complete the drying and cooling of the items.

FAQ

Q1: What is a continuous vertical conveyor?

A1: A continuous vertical conveyor provides automated vertical transportation between floors without interruption. It enables uninterrupted vertical conveying of goods through different configurations including Z-type, C-type, and E-type designs suitable for cartons, turnover boxes, bags, and various materials.

Q2: What types of continuous vertical conveyors are available and how do I select the right one?

A2: Three main types are available: Z-type (inlet and outlet on opposite sides), C-type (inlet and outlet on same side), and E-type (multi-inlet and multi-outlet design). Selection depends on your warehouse layout, material flow direction, and specific operational requirements.

Q3: What advantages does a continuous vertical conveyor offer over reciprocating systems?

A3: Continuous systems provide non-stop transportation without loading/unloading interruptions. Under normal loads of 800-1200 units per hour, conveying efficiency significantly exceeds reciprocating vertical conveyors through continuous operation.

Q4: What additional functions can the system perform while lifting goods?

A4: While lifting materials upward, the equipment simultaneously completes drying and cooling processes. This multi-functionality integrates multiple procedures, improving overall production efficiency in specific manufacturing processes.

Q5: What are the lifting specifications for height and speed?

A5: Maximum lifting height reaches 37 meters with lifting speeds up to 40 m/min and horizontal conveying speeds of 5-15 m/min. Positioning accuracy maintains ±2mm precision for accurate delivery to target floors.

Q6: How does the system ensure operational safety?

A6: Real-time detection and monitoring functions continuously oversee working areas, improving operational safety. High-quality SEW/NORD motors and fixed installation ensure stable, reliable operation throughout the system lifecycle.

Q7: What materials and industries suit continuous vertical conveyors?

A7: Suitable for cartons, turnover boxes, plastic bags, and kraft paper bags. Widely used in e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, food processing, light industry, and logistics distribution centers requiring continuous vertical conveying between floors.

Q8: How effective are the scalability and space utilization features?

A8: Designed for unidirectional continuous goods conveying with minimal footprint and maximum space utilization. Excellent scalability allows flexible conveying capacity adjustments and expansion according to production needs, adapting to business growth.
